Styling a Star...Who Dat?

They sayyy who dat? Su Dat!  I had the pleasure of working with an up & coming artist Suzann Christine. A good friend of mine introduced us (thanks Britiany G.). I am grateful for the introduction and truly believe in her gift!  Suzann Christine just recently opened up for a long list of great artist like Monica, T.I. and so many others. She performed down in Miami for the Radio One Fest.

Suzann Christine performance outfit was designed and created by Lisa Walton:

These shoes are the truth....I just had to track these Dolce Vita's down so we could complete this look! Statement shoe..

Here's a close up:

Here is Suzann Christine with just a few of the artist she connected with while at the Radio One Fest.

Father's Day Love...

I was inspired this Father's Day to wear this dress! It's my Husband's (father of my beautiful little girl) favorite colors! I think I made him happy wearing this. It is also important to me to stay fit and healthy so I have been putting more time in keeping my metabolism up and toning my body. Ladies and gentleman it's so important to feel happy and comfortable in your own skin! So do what will make you happy and be the best you!!! (not because someone else is doing it, do it for you).

Any who I finally feel a little more comfortable wearing something like this...Love it!

Rocking my nerdy girl glasses to add a special something to complete this look!

My Dress & One Peaceful Day!

Don't you just love those moments where you are standing by a beautiful body of water on a beautiful day!? I do...it's sooo peaceful! But don't you love it even more when the wind blows just the right way to show off how awesome your dress is! That's what happened on this particular day, the wind shows how lovely the bottom of this dress is, so cool, so comfy!!

You could even try pairing a red pump with this look! I kept it simple and went with a nude pump but had my red lipstick for pop of color!

I love my cute little family! It's so important to enjoy life with the ones you love!

This is not the season to run from color! Go Bright! I paired with a nude color platform pump!

Love that the pointed toe stiletto is so major right now! I love it's sophistication and sharpness! Went with a simple white blouse and skinny black pants to draw attention to my pumps :)
